Monitoring
An issue was identified and resolved with Insight's TruDDA service. This issue caused a portion of requests to fail from 5:00 AM CST until roughly 8:16 AM CST. Lead volume will be lower than expected during this period.

As of 8:16 AM CST the issue is resolved and we are continuing to monitor for any changes.

All services are operating normally at this time.
