A process was identified that triggered at 8 AM PST and 11 AM PST that is believed to have caused increased page loads for approximately one hour each. This process has been ongoing intermittently this week and may have caused other increases in page loads. This process has been disabled and page load times are returning to their historical averages. Reporting of live leads will remain delayed due to the nightly queue being slowed by this process.
Page response times are being monitored for any changes.
### Additional Information Work is being conducted to decouple faster aspects of reporting from the slower aspects to reduce the gap caused by nightly files.
A comparative analysis of pages historical load times was conducted and the dashboard and reports page were effected. Other pages may have performed slow if a report was loaded in one tab followed by a different page in a different tab as the second page may wait for the first page to complete loading.
