Identified

We have identified an issue with the Insight TruFraud Email Verify service caused by a third party vendor.

If you are using the email verify element 1255, you may be rejecting a larger portion of traffic due to this issue.
At this time we do not have an ETA from the vendor.

Disabling this element would allow for more accepts in the meantime.
Alternatively, removing the fail for 'timeout' and 'unknown' reasons would allow more leads to pass this element.
